Our Story

Kybros was created to help independent sales reps, territory sales professionals, and outside sales teams simplify their daily workflow and take control of their territory. After years of working with disconnected tools for customer management, route planning, follow-ups, mileage tracking, expense tracking, reporting, note-taking, and business card management, it became clear there needed to be a better solution.

Kybros was built as an all-in-one platform designed specifically for independent sales reps, outside sales professionals, and territory management. The Meaning Behind the Name

The name Kybros is derived from the Greek word kyrios, meaning to have authority, stewardship, ownership, and responsibility over something entrusted to your care. That concept became the foundation for the Kybros philosophy: Own Your Territory. For independent sales reps and territory professionals, success comes from taking ownership of customer relationships, daily activities, follow-through, and territory performance. Meet Our Founder

Ryan Shober founded Kybros after building extensive experience in territory sales management, independent sales representation, and sales operations. Throughout his career, he saw firsthand the challenges sales professionals face when critical customer information, route planning, follow-up activities, reporting, mileage tracking, and account management are spread across multiple disconnected systems.

Rather than accepting inefficient workflows as the norm, Ryan envisioned a platform designed specifically around the daily realities of independent sales reps and territory professionals. That vision became Kybros — a unified solution that helps sales professionals stay organized, improve accountability, strengthen customer relationships, and operate with greater visibility across their territories.
