These Terms govern your access to and use of Kybros, the CRM and territory management platform for independent sales reps, manufacturer representatives, and outside sales professionals. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use Kybros for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the data you upload and the activity in your account. You must not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.
Beta program
Kybros is currently in a beta program. Features may change, and certain cost-heavy capabilities (such as AI actions, route optimization, geocoding, and photo storage) include fair-use limits during beta.
Your content
You retain ownership of all account, customer, sales, mileage, expense, and report data you create in Kybros. You grant Kybros a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.
Termination
You may stop using Kybros at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
Kybros is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kybros disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
