You own your data
The accounts, customers, visits, sales, follow-ups, notes, mileage, expenses, and reports you create in Kybros belong to you. You can export your data at any time to CSV or PDF.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest in our managed database. Files and photos uploaded to Kybros are stored in encrypted object storage.
Access controls
Kybros uses row-level security so each user can only see and edit their own accounts, visits, sales, follow-ups, mileage, expenses, notes, files, and reports. Administrators cannot view another user's data in normal application flows.
Authentication
Accounts are protected by industry-standard authentication. Sessions use secure, rotating tokens. You can sign out from any device at any time.
Backups
The Kybros database is backed up automatically by our managed infrastructure provider so your data can be restored in the event of an incident.
