Your business data stays yours
The accounts, customers, visits, sales, follow-ups, notes, mileage, expenses, and territory information you enter in Kybros remain your business data. Kybros does not sell your customer, account, or sales data.
Access starts with authentication
A user must sign in to access their Kybros information. Sessions use secure, rotating tokens, and signing out ends access on that device.
Your records are isolated from other users
Kybros is designed so your territory data stays tied to your account — not visible to another Kybros user. The database enforces this separation record by record through Row Level Security, covering accounts, visits, sales, follow-ups, mileage, expenses, notes, and other user-owned records. Administrators do not view another user's data through normal application flows.
Private photos and files
Supported customer photos and user uploads are kept in private storage rather than exposed as a public file library. Access checks are applied before a stored item is made available to the signed-in owner.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and protected at rest by the managed infrastructure that stores Kybros records and uploads.
Reports and exportability
Kybros turns entered activity into usable reports, including sales, commission, mileage, expense, and period summaries. Supported printable, PDF, and CSV options help you keep practical records without promising a universal copy of every system record in one file.
Backup and recovery practices
Kybros maintains documented backup and recovery procedures for application data and supported private uploads. These procedures are tested as part of ongoing operations. No backup system can promise zero data loss in every circumstance, so this is a recovery practice rather than a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Security is part of development
Tenant isolation, access controls, and owner-only data paths are included in Kybros development and regression testing. Security-sensitive changes are reviewed against those boundaries before release.
